CrossFit is a core strength and conditioning program that is designed to elicit as broad an adaptational physical response as possible. CrossFit is not a specialized fitness program but rather it focuses on competency in each of the ten recognized fitness domains; cardiovascular and respiratory endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance and accuracy. Our athletes are trained to successfully perform multiple, diverse and randomized physical challenges.

CrossFit is the principal strength and conditioning program for many police academies and tactical operations teams, military special operations units, champion martial artists, and hundreds of other elite and professional athletes worldwide.

The CrossFit program is designed for universal scalability making it the perfect application for any committed individual regardless of experience. We’ve used our same routines for elderly individuals with heart disease and cage fighters one month out from televised bouts. We scale load and intensity; we don’t change programs.


This is a mixed level class specifically for Athletes. Runners, Cyclists, Triathletes, Swimmers, Cross-Fitters, etc. all are welcome. Even if you are new to exercise or you’re not an athlete and you just want to bring a little flexibility into your life, you are welcome to join in!

This is a great way for you to enhance your sport, improve your movement, increase your strength and add something great into your training. Everyone needs to stretch right? But… do you make the time for it? Stretching has been proven beneficial for many chronic conditions; back pain, arthritis, bursitis, fatigue, high blood pressure, diabetes, depression and more


Are you a weightlifting enthusiast? Do you LOVE the sport of weightlifting? Do you want to get stronger? If you answered 'yes' to any of these questions, this class is for you. We will be guiding beginner, intermediate and advanced lifters through barbell movements ranging from the classical Olympic Lifts (snatch, clean and jerk) to the foundation movements (squats, deadlifts, presses). This class is not about how much weight can you lift or how fast can you lift it. It is about doing it correctly. 


Cardio- and core-intensive workouts that don't require prior Crossfit experience, but do require willingness to work hard! With a focus on dumbbell, kettlebell, cardio, and bodyweight movements, Conditioning! is a great way to mix it up.


Some extra time at the gym to work on those things that you need to. Use the Open Gym time to work on a skill, do a workout you missed earlier in the week, or work on homework from a Skill Session or Specialty Class. A Trainer is on site during that time to ensure the safety of everyone in the gym.
