3 minutes to complete:

10 Power Snatches

8 OH Lunges

6 OH Squats

Prior to 6 minutes athletes must complete:

12 Power Snatches

10 OH Lunges

8 OH Squats

*Add 3 minutes to each athlete who completes the work in the required time

*Add 2 reps to each movement as well



STRONGMAN - 4:30 pm

1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9-10 rep rounds of:

{push-ups - situps - squats}

*Each round is followed by a HEAVY 30' Zercher Carry
